There are many reasons to be happy and sad in our everyday lives. If all days were only the good ones, we would not be capable of appreciating them, could not understand and sympathize with others, and would most likely receive less joy from them.

Fortunately and unfortunately, bad days exist. Our task is to learn how to deal with them. I always say, “Control what you can control”, “Stop, take a deep breath, and look at the situation with a fresh mind”, “Get busy doing something you like to allow your brain and body to take a break”…
